Key Responsibilities:

- Drive, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across CMCI Group.

- Monitor and continuously improve overall quality systems and processes.

- Handle quality communication with customers and vendors regarding quality issues.

- Plan and implement QMS / IATF documentation and systems.

- Monitor Quality Team performance, productivity, and training requirements.

- Prepare quality performance reports and management MIS.

- Ensure effective internal and external customer communication and closed-loop resolution.

- Supervise daily inspection activities and ensure proper quality control.

- Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and corrective action plans.

- Authorize GRN for quality clearance.

- Manage instrument calibration, testing, and records.

- Handle set-up approval, first-piece, and batch approval.

- Coordinate in-house and third-party testing and report generation.

- Maintain departmental quality documentation and records.





- Conduct operator/helper training on SOPs and quality requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.

- Implement and maintain 5S in the department.

- Monitor team performance and delegate responsibilities effectively.

- Take charge of plant operations in the absence of the Plant Manager, when required.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of QMS, IATF 16949, CAPA, and 7 QC Tools.

- Good knowledge of inspection, testing, and calibration systems.

- Robust problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

- Good customer/vendor communication and email drafting skills.

- Team leadership and people-management capabilities.

- Good knowledge of Excel, MIS, and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
