We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented QC – Civil professional to ensure that construction activities are carried out as per the required quality standards, specifications, and project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring work quality, conducting inspections, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with site teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and inspect civil construction activities at project sites.

- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Conduct regular inspections at different stages of construction.

- Identify quality issues and coordinate with site teams for corrective actions.

- Verify the quality of materials received at the project site.

- Maintain inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and other quality-related documents.

- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, consultants, and other concerned departments regarding quality matters.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of quality records.





- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

- Assist in conducting material and work-related tests as required.

- Follow up on non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

- Participate in site inspections and quality review meetings.

- Prepare regular quality reports and update management on quality-related issues.

- Ensure that quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the project.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Relevant experience in Quality Control within the construction/infrastructure sector will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of civil construction practices and quality requirements.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites.

- Ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
