MOLECULAR BIOLOGY LAB (MOLECULAR BIOLOGY ANALYST, MOLECULAR BIOLOGY REVIEWER)

- M.SC.- MICROBIOLOGY, LIFE SCIENCES OR RELATED FIELD

1. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GxP, and EHS requirements while strictly following established quality and safety practices in the molecular biology laboratory.
2. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all laboratory activities in compliance with GDP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
3. To perform the routine testing related to molecular biology as per approved STP, SOPs, protocol and raw-data sheet.
4. Maintain molecular biology laboratory equipments by performing daily calibrations, monitoring temperatures, and reporting malfunctions.
5. To verify and coordinate with production department for in-processing samples by labels, logging information and handling pre-analytical preparation .
6. To perform analysis related molecular/Biologics instruments /equipment’s like UV-Cross Linker,Micro plate Spectrophotometer spectra maxiD3 , UV-Spectrophotometer Slot blot manifold, and on hybridization oven/Shekar etc.
7. Follow standard procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and strict quality control guidelines.

To perform analytical Method verification / Analytical method validation activity as and when required.
9. To ensure and maintain pristine cleanroom hygiene by executing decontamination protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
10. Perform molecular biologics laboratory activities in accordance with approved procedures, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
11. Prepare and handle required reagents and solutions as per defined procedures and ensure proper storage and usage.
12. Document laboratory observations and raw data in real-time, ensuring absolute data integrity.
13. Monitor inventory levels of critical reagents, primers, Glassware and plasticware to report shortages proactively.
14. Ensure proper incubation, observation, recording, and reporting of molecular biologics test results within defined timelines.
15. Maintain aseptic practices and ensure proper laboratory hygiene, sterilization, and contamination control practices.
16. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of remain samples in compliance with EHS and biosafety requirements.
17. Report abnormal results, deviations, and any quality concerns to senior personnel in a timely manner.
18. Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities by maintaining readiness of records and laboratory practices.
