Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex web and mobile applications.
- Perform Manual Testing (exploratory, regression, usability, and sanity testing) alongside Automation Testing to ensure maximum code coverage and product reliability.
- Conduct end-to-end API Testing (REST/SOAP) to validate backend logic, data integrity, and system integrations.
- Execute Mobile Testing across native/hybrid Android and iOS platforms to ensure responsiveness and functionality across diverse device/OS configurations.
- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright or Selenium with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)



for continuous testing and automated regression runs.
- Query databases using SQL to perform backend data validation, database state setup, and data integrity verification.
- Identify, document, track, and manage software defects through their complete lifecycle using JIRA.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers, DevOps) to clarify requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

- Experience 2-3 Years
- QA Manual & Automation Testing, Web & Mobile Testing, API Testing.
- Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium WebDriver.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- API Testing: Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Bruno, or automated API testing libraries.
- Database Skills: Robust knowledge of SQL for writing queries, joins, and backend validation.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test & Task Management: Proficient in using JIRA for defect tracking and test management.
