Job Requisition: QA Engineer (Manual + Playwright Automation)

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

& Requirements

Years of Experience Required: 4- 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

l Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

l Prepare comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

l Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

l Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright.

l Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results.

l Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.

l Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.

l Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

l Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

l Validate database records using SQL queries whenever required.

l Review requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality.

l Ensure complete test coverage for web applications and APIs.

l Support UAT activities and production deployments.

l Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.

l Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA processes.

l Mentor junior QA engineers whenever required.

l Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

l 4–7 years of experience in Software Testing.

l Strong expertise in Manual Testing.

l Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation (JavaScript/TypeScript).





l Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

l Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and Exploratory Testing.

l Experience in Web Application Testing.

l Experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android/iOS).

l Hands-on experience in REST API Testing using Postman.

l Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.

l Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira).

l Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

l Ability to create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Execution Reports.

l Experience in identifying, reporting, tracking, and verifying software defects.

l Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

l Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

l Commitment to delivering high-quality software within project timelines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

l Performance Testing using JMeter.

l CI/CD pipeline knowledge.

l Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines.

l Security Testing fundamentals.

l Experience working in Healthcare, Robotics, or Enterprise applications.

l Knowledge of Accessibility Testing.

l Experience mentoring junior QA engineers.

l ISTQB Certification.

Educational Qualification:

l Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

l A master's degree is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8.00 - ₹10.00 per year
