Location: Mumbai/Indore

Experience: 1+ Year in International BPO

Salary: Up to ₹5.20 LPA

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
- Quality Analyst designation should be on paper
- Experience in Voice or Blended process
- Robust knowledge of quality monitoring and process adherence
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners / candidates who can join within 1 week preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
- Identify quality gaps and support corrective actions
- Prepare quality reports and track performance
