Quality Analyst- Revenue Cycle Management- AR Voice Process.

Work Location: Tharamani Ramanujan IT Park/ Porur-Keppel Paramount. Should be willing to work on any of the locations.

What you will do:

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes and services to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide strategic solutions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with operation teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on quality findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare.
- Identify and address discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Provide detailed feedback to enhance team performance
- Perform RCA & prepare CAPA
- Participate in process calibration to ensure standardization and quality.
- Maintain a minimum production involvement to support operational efficiency

What you will need:





- Minimum of 4 years of experience in US Healthcare hospital billing, preferably a quality analyst on paper.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resourceful, excellent organization skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a robust commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Should be willing to work on Night Shift.
- Should live within 25Kms radius from office to avail cab facility which is mandatory.

What would be nice to have:

Proficient in MS Office

Note: Candidates with experience in non-voice processes, those who have AR experience but no exposure to the healthcare domain, will not be considered suitable for this requirement.

Candidates who have attended but didn't clear the interview for the same role must wait for six months to reappear.
