MetaGO Health is a doctor-led metabolic health platform combining medical supervision, diagnostics, GLP-1 therapy where clinically appropriate, nutrition guidance and behavioural coaching in a structured six- or twelve-month programme.

About the Role

A good coaching session must be clinically responsible, personally relevant and genuinely helpful—not simply completed on time. As a Quality Analyst – Health Coaching, you will audit interactions between Health Coaches and members to ensure that every session meets MetaGO’s standards for nutrition guidance, coaching effectiveness, empathy, documentation, safety and process adherence.

This is not a general call-centre quality role. A formal nutrition or dietetics background is mandatory because you must understand the coaching content you are evaluating.

What You’ll Own

- Audit Health Coach calls, video sessions, chats and case documentation using an approved quality scorecard.
- Evaluate the accuracy and relevance of nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
- Assess coaching skills such as active listening, empathy, goal setting, behaviour-change support, motivation and accountability.
- Check whether recommendations are personalised to the member’s health conditions, preferences, routine and programme stage.
- Verify that coaches reinforce doctor-approved treatment plans without diagnosing, prescribing or suggesting medication changes.
- Identify missed red flags, inappropriate medical claims or concerns that should have been escalated.
- Review session notes for completeness, accuracy, confidentiality and timely documentation.
- Check adherence to onboarding, follow-up, escalation and member-engagement SOPs.
- Provide structured, evidence-based feedback to Health Coaches.
- Conduct feedback discussions and support coaches in closing identified performance gaps.




- Track repeat errors, coaching risks and recurring member-experience issues.
- Participate in quality-calibration sessions to ensure audits are consistent across reviewers.
- Work with the Trainer to recommend refresher training based on audit findings.
- Share significant clinical-quality concerns with the Senior Quality Analyst and medical team.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or an equivalent nutrition discipline.
- Applications without a formal nutrition or dietetics qualification will not be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, health coaching, patient counselling or chronic-disease programmes.
- Working knowledge of obesity, diabetes, metabolic health and nutrition considerations associated with GLP-1 therapy.
- Exposure to call auditing, case review, clinical documentation or quality assurance is preferred.
- Strong observation, analytical and feedback skills.
- Ability to identify the difference between a coaching gap, process failure and clinical-risk concern.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, call-recording systems and health platforms.
