Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Support & Developer to provide production support, administration, dashboard development, automation, and migration assistance across QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and Qlik Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first line of defense and primary support partner for QlikView, Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, and Qlik Cloud environments.
- Monitor Qlik reloads, scheduled tasks, automations, and data refresh processes and troubleshoot failures.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to performance, application availability, data reloads, user access, and permissions.
- Perform root-cause analysis of Qlik application and reload failures and implement corrective actions.
- Identify performance optimization opportunities across Qlik applications, dashboards, data models, and reload processes.
- Develop and maintain Qlik Sense/Qlik Cloud dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and analytical applications.
- Support QlikView to Qlik Cloud migration activities, including assessment, application migration, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, processes, and reusable templates for Qlik Cloud development and administration.
- Build, configure,



and test Qlik Cloud automations, extensions, integrations, and third-party tools for proof-of-value initiatives.
- Support Qlik Cloud application deployment, configuration, access management, and environment-related activities.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Qlik dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Perform testing and validation of dashboards, reloads, automations, and migrated applications.
- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, operational procedures, and support processes.
- Proactively monitor the Qlik workplace and recommend improvements to stability, scalability, performance, and usability.
