- Job Location : Andheri West
- Fix Salary : 35000 to 45000 per month.
- Experience : 3 to 6 Years.
- Note : Joining within 15 Days.

- Quality Management System & compliance
- Shop-floor QA/QC supervision
- ISO/BIS/customer audit management
- CAPA, RCA and non-conformance closure
- Customer complaint investigation and closure
- Calibration and external testing control
- Quality documentation and SOP control
- Incoming, in-process and finished-goods quality
- Incoming, in-process and finished-goods quality
- Quality training and process improvement
- Own and maintain the factory Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable customer/regulatory
- requirements.

- Ensure incoming, in-process and finished-product inspection systems are
- followed.
- Review inspection reports, testing records and quality deviations.

- Plan and coordinate internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits and

- Maintain audit observations and ensure timely closure.
- Lead CAPA, 5-Why and Root Cause Analysis for quality failures and
- recurring defects.
- Coordinate customer complaints, rejected materials, returned goods and
- quality investigations.

REQUIREMENT

- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer, Production or relevant technical discipline.
- Relevant hands-on QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment, including quality systems, shop-floor quality, audits, documentation, CAPA/RCA and customer quality requirements. Candidate should have experience supervising or guiding a QA/QC team.
