Role Description We are looking for a full-time, in office Qualified CA to join our Direct Tax team, offering hands-on experience across tax advisory, litigation, and compliance engagements.

Responsibilities

- Undertaking research on tax and regulatory matters
- Drafting technical notes, opinions, and internal memos
- Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)




- Supporting client communication, including drafting emails and responses
- Assisting with tax compliance, including filing of tax returns
- Contributing to firm materials, presentations, and documentation
- Assisting in the development of thought leadership, articles, and insights
- Maintaining and updating client records and databases
- Coordinating client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assisting in the setup of domestic funds (AIFs)
- Handling tax and regulatory compliances for domestic funds and FPIs
- Supporting other related assignments, as required

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA
- 1–2 years of post-articleship experience in Direct Tax
- Strong command of the English language
- Good written and verbal communication skills
