Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 compliance.

- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions, BMRs and quality records.

- Inspect raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.

- Handle customer complaints, deviations, NCRs, RCA and CAPA.

- Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

- Conduct quality and safety training for production staff.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase and vendors on quality issues.

- Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech/Diploma Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology.

- 2–5 years of QA experience in Chemical, Aerosol, Paint or Manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, RCA and CAPA.

- Valuable communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
