Designation: QA/QC Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented QA/QC Executive to manage quality control and quality assurance activities in an Agro-Chemical / Pesticide Manufacturing environment. The candidate must have proven hands-on experience in HPLC and GC (Gas Chromatography) and strong knowledge of chemical analysis and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Operate and perform routine analysis using HPLC and GC instruments.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and operational readiness of laboratory instruments.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, analytical records, worksheets, COA, and laboratory documentation.
- Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results and support root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, specifications, testing methods, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory chemicals, reagents, standards, and consumables.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, identification, and release of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Stores, and other departments for quality-related activities.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure proper documentation for internal and external audits.




- Support implementation of CAPA, deviation, change control, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and follow laboratory safety practices.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in Agro-Chemical / Pesticide / Chemical Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience in HPLC and GC is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of analytical testing methods and chemical analysis.
- Positive understanding of QA/QC documentation and laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of OOS, OOT, CAPA, SOP, calibration, and validation will be an added advantage.
- Valuable documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience 1 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in the Agro-Chemical / Pesticide Manufacturing Industry.

Candidates without practical experience in both HPLC and GC will not be considered.
