Position: QC/QA Executive

Industry: PVC Compounds Manufacturing

Salary: Upto 25000 in-hand

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./Diploma/M.Sc. in Polymer, Plastics, Chemistry or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and test incoming raw materials as per specifications and COA.

Perform in-process and finished-product testing of PVC compounds.

Check parameters such as density, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, MFI/MFR, ash, moisture and heat stability as applicable.

Monitor quality during mixing, extrusion, pelletizing and packing.

Prepare and maintain COA, test reports, inspection records and quality documents.

Identify and control non-conforming materials/products.





Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Coordinate with Production, R&D; and Stores to resolve quality issues.

Maintain laboratory housekeeping, safety and proper sample traceability.

Required Skills

Knowledge of PVC formulation and polymer compounding.

Knowledge of extrusion and laboratory testing.

Good understanding of QC/QA procedures

Positive communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
