ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality product/service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and processes to ensure product/service consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality.

3. Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections to evaluate compliance with quality standards, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities, prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, R&D;, and customer service to address quality-related issues and ensure a coordinated approach to maintaining high standards.

6. Training and Development:



Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality throughout the organization.

7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to product/service quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

8. Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues, collaborating with relevant teams to address concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science, etc.). A certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.

2. Proven experience in quality assurance/control within a related industry.

3. Robust understanding of quality control processes, methodologies, and tools.

4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
