Job Summary SPD Constructions Limited is looking for a QA/QC Engineer – Civil with 5–10 years of experience in high-rise building or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring project quality standards, maintaining QMS documentation, coordinating inspections and testing, managing NCR/CAR processes, and ensuring compliance with approved quality procedures, method statements, ITPs, QCPs, and applicable ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in accordance with approved Method Statements, Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), project specifications, technical standards, and ISO requirements.
- Develop, review, maintain, and control project quality documentation, procedures, inspection records, and quality reports.
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation and records are prepared and maintained before commencement of construction activities.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct inspections with client representatives, consultants, third-party laboratories, and subcontractors.
- Prepare, review, track, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports),



CARs (Corrective Action Requests), inspection reports, and audit findings.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for site-level non-conformities and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare audit reports, identifying non-conformities and verifying effective corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain QA/QC statistics, quality metrics, inspection records, test reports, and compliance reports for project management.
- Ensure proper document control for construction drawings, specifications, inspection and test reports, vendor documents, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure project testing, inspection, record keeping, and quality documentation comply with contractual requirements.
- Monitor the quality performance of subcontractors and evaluate their capability to meet project quality requirements.
- Supervise, guide, train, and coordinate QC personnel working under the assigned project/site.
- Assist the Project QA/QC Manager in implementing and improving the project Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure complete and timely handover of quality documentation and records at project completion.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, MEP,



procurement, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in high-rise building or industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, QMS, ITP, QCP, Method Statements, NCR, CAR, RCA, CAPA, inspections, testing, and audits.
- Good understanding of construction quality standards, specifications, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.
- Robust documentation, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial buildings or industrial construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
