Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements to ensure adequate test coverage.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios aligned with project requirements.

- Execute manual testing activities and validate application functionality and business workflows.

- Perform various testing types including Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Regression, Non-Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Conduct API testing and validate integrations, request/response data, and system behavior.

- Develop, maintain, and execute API automation test scripts and frameworks.

- Perform database validation and data integrity testing.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects through to resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and timely issue resolution.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality assurance feedback.

- Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Adhere to QA processes, standards, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Manual Testing

- API Testing using Postman or equivalent tools

- API Automation using JavaScript, Cypress, or equivalent automation tools

- Database Testing and Data Validation

- Defect Lifecycle Management and Bug Tracking

- Solid Analytical, Troubleshooting, and Problem-Solving Skills

- Agile Methodologies and Testing Practices

- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Oracle Database testing and validation.

- Exposure to performance testing concepts and tools.

- Knowledge of software quality assurance standards and industry best practices.

- Relevant Software Testing or Quality Assurance certifications.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
