About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our application quality through the development and implementation of advanced test automation frameworks. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA engineers, to design innovative automation solutions that streamline testing processes and improve product reliability.

The ideal candidate will exercise independent judgment to select appropriate testing methodologies, troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, and document processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation frameworks, contribute to high-impact projects,

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in Python programming. Expertise in XPath and UI-driven test automation frameworks such as Selenium is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools to integrate automated testing into continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent documentation and communication abilities, are necessary to succeed in this role.

A demonstrated passion for quality assurance, eagerness to learn new technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment are highly valued. Time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application quality through test automation strategies and frameworks.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and other relevant tools.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior automation engineers and team members.
- Implement innovative solutions for automatic application qualification, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting appropriate testing methods, techniques, and tools to meet project objectives.




- Troubleshoot complex software and hardware configuration issues that impact automation processes.
- Document testing processes, findings, and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility across teams.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing cycles.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automation frameworks to adapt to evolving project requirements.
