nWe're hiring Python/Django developers who can write clean, working code and solve problems independently.

nThis role is open to:

- Final-year students or recent graduates with strong fundamentals and solid personal/academic Django projects

- Developers with up to 3 years of hands-on professional experience
n

nWe're also building a team ready for modern, AI-native development — so along with strong Python and Django skills, we're looking for people open to learning AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI tools as our team adopts them.

nWhat You Will Do

n

- Build backend systems using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and other tools as needed
n
- Write clean, working, scalable code — and be able to explain your choices
n
- Build and manage REST APIs
n
- Fix and improve existing systems
n
- Contribute to the structure and design of application features
n
- Work with other teams to understand requirements and propose the right technical solutions
n




- Integrate AI tools to improve development workflows as they're introduced
n

nMust-Have

n

n
- Hands-on experience with Python and Django (via work, internships, or strong personal/academic projects)
n
- Working knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF) for building APIs
n
- Experience with at least one database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
n
- Comfortable with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
n
- Basic comfort with shell scripting and the Linux command line
n
- Understanding of REST API design principles
n
- Strong CS fundamentals: OOP, data structures, and algorithms
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; learns new technologies quickly
n
- Sincere, self-motivated, good communicator and team player
n
- Curious about AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI, and open to learning these tools
n

nGood-to-Have

- Familiarity with authentication standards like OAuth2 and JWT
n
- Exposure to application/server architecture, especially cloud environments

- Knowledge of design patterns and operating systems concepts

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana
