:

- Member shall be responsible for management and planning of all jobs related to purchase including product sourcing, costing, vendor development, purchase of civil materials, placement of contracts, etc.

- Lead and manage the Purchase & Procurement function for multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials and services in line with project schedules and budgets.

- Formulate and execute procurement strategies for civil, finishing, MEP materials, and services, focusing on cost optimization, quality assurance, and reliable supply chain partnerships.

- Oversee sourcing, costing, vendor development, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders, rate contracts, and service agreements.

- Review and approve project-wise procurement plans, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, timelines, safety norms, statutory requirements, and internal procurement policies.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, QS, and Project teams to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications and finalize material and service requirements.

- Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting processes, including vendor prequalification, technical and commercial bid evaluation, rate analysis,



negotiations, and appointment of contractors and subcontractors.

- Monitor execution of procurement and contracting activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, cost controls, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.

- Ensure accurate certification of vendor bills, effective cash flow planning, and timely payments to vendors while maintaining solid professional relationships.

- Establish procurement controls, MIS, reporting systems, and approval frameworks to support transparency and informed decision-making by senior management.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team, set performance targets, conduct appraisals, and drive continuous improvement in procurement operations.

- Identify opportunities for value engineering, alternate sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or project timelines.

- Support senior leadership in risk assessment, vendor performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
