We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sales Manager with robust experience in the plastic recycling and scrap industry, particularly in PP and PET. The candidate will be responsible for plastic scrap procurement, supplier management, sales, customer development, commercial negotiations, and achieving purchase and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Purchase / Procurement

- Source and procure PP and PET plastic scrap from suppliers, dealers, aggregators, and other sources.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of scrap suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor market prices, material availability, and quality trends.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure proper quality and quantity of incoming scrap material.
- Identify and develop new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams regarding material requirements.

Sales / Business Development
- Handle sales of recycled PP/PET materials, flakes, regrind, granules, and other recycled plastic products.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable material and commercial terms.




- Negotiate prices and close sales orders.
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, payments, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Market & Commercial Management
- Track PP and PET scrap and recycled plastic market prices and trends.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and supply conditions.
- Maintain accurate purchase and sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement, sales, stock, pricing, and market conditions for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in plastic recycling, plastic scrap trading, or waste management.
- Strong knowledge of PP and PET scrap and recycled plastic materials.
- Good supplier and customer network in the plastic recycling/scrap industry will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage both purchase and sales functions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
