Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of jewellery-related, retail, packaging, office, store, and operational requirements.

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure cost-effective purchases.

- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with Finance, Retail Operations, Warehouse, Merchandising, and other departments for purchase requirements.

- Track pending orders, deliveries, stock availability, and vendor commitments.

- Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality, specifications, and timelines.

- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, invoices, and vendor records.

- Monitor vendor performance, pricing trends, and market rates.

- Resolve issues related to quality, delays, shortages, or discrepancies with vendors.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement.





- Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and negotiate annual/long-term commercial agreements where required.

- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies, approval processes, and budgets.

- Prepare regular purchase reports, MIS, and cost analysis for management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or retail.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Valuable knowledge of procurement processes, costing, inventory, and market pricing.

- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within tight timelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
