Pass Code Hospitality is Hiring for Purchase Manager for Mumbai Location - Chain of Restaurants, preferably from Hospitality Background

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation: Identify and vet prospective suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery times, and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency and profitability.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitor inventory levels and analyze market trends to forecast future supply needs and prevent shortages.
- Order Management: Review purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve issues regarding delayed or damaged goods.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor purchasing staff, and oversee the daily operations of the procurement department.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, local regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.





Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, often with prior supervisory experience.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, financial acumen, data analysis, and vendor relationship management skill
