Job Summary

Gokul Kripa Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, market rates, negotiation and procurement planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects.
- Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Purchase construction materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials at project sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor material prices and market trends.
- Coordinate with Project, Civil, Accounts and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Track orders, deliveries and pending purchases.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards.
- Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, invoices and documentation.




- Control procurement costs and minimize unnecessary expenses.
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing and delivery.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor database for construction materials.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Purchase.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of purchase processes, quotations and Purchase Orders.
- Strong market knowledge and ability to identify cost-effective suppliers.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Real estate / construction industry experience is preferred.
