Key Responsibilities

- Procurement & Sourcing: Plan and manage the buying of medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, engineering, and general housekeeping supplies.

- Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and build relationships with reliable, certified healthcare vendors and suppliers.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, bulk discounts, delivery schedules, and payment terms to maintain competitive costs.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages of life-saving drugs or equipment, and avoid overstocking.

- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with pharmacy, clinical departments, nursing units, and the finance team to align purchases with hospital budgets.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all purchased medical devices, drugs, and consumables meet statutory healthcare standards and hospital policies.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, vendor databases, and spending reports for audits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
