Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Executive who can efficiently manage procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, controlling costs, and helping the company bring in new clients or business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Purchase / Procurement Duties:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure materials meet quality standards and company requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues.
- Track procurement KPIs, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Skills & Qualifications:





- Proven experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain.
- Experience or interest in business development / sales.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
