Purchase Executive – Modular Interior Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the modular interior/interior industry to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and timely availability of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for modular/interior projects.

Source and procure materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, accessories, and other interior materials.

Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with project, design, production, and warehouse teams for material requirements.

Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.





Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.

Monitor material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.

Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.

Maintain effective vendor relationships and support cost optimization.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.

Experience in Modular Interior / Interior Industry is mandatory.

Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet project timelines.
