We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation collection, price comparison, negotiation, and purchase order processing for our plant, RMC, quarry, fleet, and office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect quotations from suppliers for required materials, spare parts, services, and equipment.
- Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices and better terms.
- Prepare purchase recommendations and coordinate for management approval.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor database and develop recent vendors when required.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Plant, RMC, Quarry, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and POs.
- Ensure purchases are made as per company requirements and approved budgets.




- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in construction, RMC, quarry, mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry will be preferred.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple purchase requirements.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally/purchase software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate who can independently handle quotation → comparison → negotiation → approval → PO → delivery follow-up with minimum dependency on management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
