Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capability, and reliability.

Manage the complete procurement cycle from Purchase Requisition (PR) → RFQ → Quotation Comparison → Negotiation → Purchase Order (PO).

Prepare and process Purchase Orders through the ERP system.Obtain quotations from approved / potential vendors and prepare comparative statements.

Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with suppliers.

Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, Accounts, Planning, and other departments for material requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement activities based on approved requirements.

Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders, delivery schedules, shortages, and discrepancies.

Resolve supply-related issues, delivery delays, quality / quantity discrepancies,



and other vendor concerns.

Maintain complete and accurate purchase records, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents.

Ensure procurement data is updated accurately in the ERP system.

Prepare and submit required purchase reports to management within defined timelines.

Maintain proper vendor records and support vendor evaluation and development activities.

Ensure procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and approved procedures.

Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for improving procurement efficiency.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
