WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE / PURCHASE MANAGER

KOFS India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Purchase qualified to join our modular office furniture manufacturing team.

Position: Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager

Location: Faridabad sec-87

Industry: Modular Office Furniture Manufacturing

Experience: 3–4 Years in the Same Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase activities for furniture manufacturing
- Source and purchase laminates, MDF/PLPB, plywood, hardware, PVC edge bands, profiles, fittings, metal components, chairs & other raw materials
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules
- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Design, Projects, and Accounts teams
- Monitor material quality, lead times, and supplier performance
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports




- Control purchase costs and support reduction of material wastage

Candidate Requirements: ✔ 3–4 years of relevant experience in modular office furniture / furniture manufacturing

✔ Good knowledge of furniture raw materials, hardware, and accessories

✔ Strong vendor development and negotiation skills

✔ Experience in purchase planning and inventory coordination

✔ Good communication and follow-up skills

✔ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
