nRole Description

- n
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsn
- Configure and continuously enhance Salesforce Service Cloud (e.g., workflows, automation, case management)n
- Contribute to integration scenarios and ensure data consistency across systemsn
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders, technical teams,



and external partnersn
- Collaborate closely with the external Salesforce implementation partner, with the goal of building internal expertisen
- Ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of implemented solutionsn
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios, and perform testingn
- Work in close collaboration with international teams (India and HQ Germany)n

nQualifications

- n
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in implementation projects, ideally focused on Service Cloudn
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, sharing)n
- Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, automation, case management, and user/role managementn
- Basic development knowledge (Apex, Lightning, LWC) with the ambition to deepen these skillsn
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and version control sys
