nMust-Have:

- n
- 5–7 years of hands‐on experience in server virtualization, with strong primary expertise in Microsoft Hyper‐V.n
- In‐depth experience in Hyper‐V architecture, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, Hyper‐V Replica, and VM high availability.n
- Strong hands‐on experience in Hyper‐V performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.n
- Experience in VM lifecycle management, including provisioning, expansion, optimization, and decommissioning.n
- Working knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter administration (secondary skill).n
- Experience in server migrations, including P2V and cross‐platform virtualization scenarios.n




- Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms used with Hyper‐V.n
- Knowledge of SAN storage concepts, multipathing, and VM storage design.n
- Awareness of Active Directory integration, DNS dependencies, and virtualization‐related services.n
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).n
- Experience working in enterprise / remote infrastructure support environments.n

- Provide Level 2.5 / Level 3 operational support for Hyper‐V environments.n
- Administer and maintain Hyper‐V infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve Hyper‐V cluster, VM, storage, and performance issues.n
- Manage Hyper‐V Failover Clusters, Live Migration, and replication scenarios.n
- Perform VM provisioning, capacity management, and performance optimization.n
- Support server migrations (P2V and
