nLocation : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
nShift : Night Shift
nWeekly Off : Rotational Weekdays

nInterview Time: Between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM

nEligibility:
n• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.)
n• Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory.
n• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
n• Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n• Provide assistance to international customers.
n• Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking,



LAN, WAN Technologies
n• Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
n• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
