nThis is more than a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, winning new clients, and creating sustainable revenue through talent and workforce solutions.
nWhat You Will Own :
nDrive New Business

- Identify and target prospective organizations, build a strong sales pipeline, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and convert prospects into new clients.n
- Develop relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, CXOs and Hiring Managers and understand their current and future talent requirements.n




- Understand client workforce challenges and position the right solutions across Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Solutions.n
- Manage the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to meetings, requirement discovery, proposals, negotiations, closure and account handover.n

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing, Talent Solutions or related services.n
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.n
- Experience selling Recruitment, Staffing, Contract Hiring, RPO, Executive Search or Workforce Solutions will be preferred.n
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.n
- Ability to independently generate leads through market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, research and direct outreach.n
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage
