nJob description -
nThe MIS Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales / Service sales. The candidate has to prepare the MIS reports, tracking sales performance, Data management, preparing quotations for specific accounts, and ensuring effective communication between various departments.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Data management: Collect, organize, and maintain company data, Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security and Update databases regularlyn
- Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Create dashboards and performance reports for management.



Analyze data trends and present insightsn
- Database Maintenance: Manage databases using tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Perform data validation and backup proceduresn
- Coordination Work with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to collect and verify data. Ensure timely submission of reports.n
- Prepare and issue quotations for specific accounts in coordination with the sales team.n

- Compile sales reports from sales teams across all zones and present a consolidated report to management.n
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, such as sales dispatch, collections, and inventory levels.n
