About Position: We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Management Operations Specialist with experience in ServiceNow platform operations, project coordination, ITSM processes, stakeholder management, and service delivery governance. The ideal candidate will support project execution, track operational activities, ensure process compliance, and drive continuous service improvements. Role: ServiceNow Project Management Operations Specialist Location: Hyderabad Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Manage and support day-to-day project operations within the ServiceNow platform. Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, service owners, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and report on project progress, resource utilization,



and operational performance metrics. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Release Management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Prepare and maintain project documentation, governance reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and operational artifacts. Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, governance sessions, and stakeholder communications. Monitor SLA and KPI adherence and provide actionable recommendations for service improvements. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and operational procedures. Support ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives. Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
