Job Description
T-Hub is looking for a hands-on Manager – Innovation Programs to lead acceleration and startup programs end-to-end. We are looking for someone with a builder/operator mindset who understands startups, works well with ambiguity and can take ownership from idea to outcome.
nKey Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, timelines, budgets and outcomes.n
- Drive startup sourcing, evaluation, onboarding and engagement.n
- Work closely with founders to understand needs, track progress and enable access to mentors, partners and ecosystem opportunities.n
- Manage relationships with startups, mentors, industry partners and internal stakeholders.n
- Drive workshops, mentoring sessions, demo days and other program interventions.n
- Track program KPIs, documentation, dashboards and reporting.n
- Coordinate across teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure strong program delivery.n

nWho We're Looking For

- n
- 5–8 years of experience across innovation programs,



incubation, acceleration, startup ecosystem, venture building or startup/program operations.n
- Strong end-to-end execution and stakeholder management experience.n
- Good understanding of the startup lifecycle and founder ecosystem.n
- A strong builder/operator mindset,hands-on, resourceful and comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments.n
- Robust ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.n
