nAbout the Role
n

nVanmoh is expanding its financial services portfolio with a focus on providing customers with accessible and structured credit and lending solutions.
n

nWe are looking for an experienced Manager – Credit Solutions to manage and grow the credit solutions function, covering customer acquisition, loan processing, credit assessment coordination, documentation, disbursement and portfolio follow-up.

nThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of lending processes, credit operations and customer relationship management, with the ability to balance business growth with credit quality and risk discipline.
n

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Credit Business Development
n

n

- n
- Drive growth of Vanmoh’s credit solutions business.n
- Identify and develop new customer acquisition channels.n




- Build relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, agents and other business partners.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.n
- Develop strategies to increase loan enquiries, applications and disbursements.n

n2. Loan & Credit Processing

- n
- Manage the complete credit processing cycle from application to disbursement.n
- Verify customer applications and supporting documentation.n
- Coordinate collection and verification of KYC, income and other required documents.n
- Ensure applications are processed accurately and within defined turnaround times.n
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and documentation teams.n

n3. Credit Assessment Coordination

- Conduct preliminary assessment of customer applications.n
- Review customer financial information, repayment capacity and credit history.n
- Identify potential credit risks and escalate cases requiring detail
