nRole Purpose
nThe Sr. Manager – Group Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term roadmap for Spiro across its multiple business verticals.



Operating from our India corporate hub, this individual will tackle highly ambiguous, high-stakes business problems with minimal guidance. The role bridges rigorous financial and operational analysis with executive storytelling, directly supporting the senior leadership team and the Board in driving Spiro's global growth agenda..
nKey Accountabilities
n• Group Strategy Formulation: Partner with cross-vertical business heads to define, refine, and implement the overarching corporate strategy for Spiro's multi-faceted business ecosystem.
n• Executive & Board Communication: Synthesize complex strategic initiatives and financial models into high-quality board presentations and executive-level briefs.
n• Structured Problem Solving: Deconstruct ambiguous, complex business challenges into structured, data-driven frameworks to unlock growth and operational efficiency.
