We need an EA who already works this way. Someone whose day already runs on AI tools, and whose default is to get the thing done rather than wait for instructions.

- You take an ambiguous ask and come back with it done, or with a clear "here is where it stands and what I need ".
- You do not wait tobe chased. You do not let a thread die because the other side went quiet.
- Blocked is not a status you sit in. You find the workaround, then flag it.
- You would rather close ten things today than plan twenty for next week.
- Nothing is beneath you and nothing is above you. Booking a cab and prepping an investor doc get the same care.

Non-negotiable: you must know how to use AI tools to do this job
- You already use AI tools daily, whichever ones work for you. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot,



Perplexity, Grok, Otter or Fireflies for notes, Canva or Gamma for decks, whatever you have found. We care that you use them well, not which logo is on them.
- You know how to prompt properly: give context, give examples, iterate, and get a usable draft on the second try instead of the tenth.
- You use AI across the real work: drafting emails, summarising long threads and documents, researching people and companies before meetings, cleaning up spreadsheets, transcribing and turning notes into follow-ups, building first-cut decks.
- You have the judgment to catch when the output is wrong, invented or off-tone, and you never send an unedited AI draft.
- When a task repeats, you build something so it stops repeating: a saved prompt, a template, an automation.
- You know what should never go into an AI tool. Confidential and personal data stays out.
