Real Estate experience is mandatory

- Procurement of all materials related to building construction.

- Liasoning with all projects heads to keep updated for requirement.

- Vendor management, rate analyse, managing payments for them etc.

- Should be from Real Estate/Construction Industry

- Prepare comparative Statement of Quotations and finalize the supplier.

- Prepare the purchase order, place the order in detailed quality, quantity, specifications, terms and conditions, delivery term etc. should be mentioned clearly.

- Follow up with suppliers till material reach at site.

- Procure the material from the right sources and at right prices.

- Co-ordinate with sites to receive the purchase bills duly approved by Project Engineers within time frame.

- Check bills with all respect and certify for payment

- Software: ERP,SAP or any equivalent

- Location: Deccan Gymkhana Pune

- Experince: Min 2 years ( Real Estate)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
