Role: Python Backend Developer

Locations: Noida, Gurugram, Hyderabad- Hybrid

We are looking for Python Backend Developers to join our Digital & Technology team, building backend systems, data pipelines, and LLM-powered automation workflows across internal and client-facing platforms. The right candidate combines strong engineering craft with the communication skills to work across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain Python-based backend services, APIs, and data pipelines; manage and optimize SQL databases (schema design, query optimization, migrations) in collaboration with data engineers and analysts.

Process Automation & AI: Integrate LLM API endpoints (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)



into existing backend applications and build LLM-powered automation workflows; apply robust prompt engineering to make outputs reliable and production-ready; partner with product/ops to identify and engineer automation opportunities.

DevOps & Infrastructure: Own the full development lifecycle — local dev through CI/CD to production — using Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); monitor system health, manage incident response, and contribute to infrastructure-as-code standards.

Collaboration & Communication: Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, write clear documentation, and act as a trusted technical partner — asking the right questions and pushing back when requirements are unclear.
