Skills Required:
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic products/components.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office. & SAP
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement and purchasing activities for electrical and electronic components.
- Source vendors and obtain quotations.
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and finalise purchases.
- Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and material availability.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
- Work closely with stores, sales, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project and customer requirements.
