We are seeking an empathetic, discreet, and highly skilled Counseling Psychologist to support the mental health, resilience, and sustainable performance of our key internal personnel. In this role, you will provide tailored psychological support to professionals managing high-impact projects, complex decision-making, and high-stress responsibilities.Your goal is to safeguard individual psychological well-being, foster mental resilience, and prevent workplace burnout across critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- 1:1 Confidential Counseling: Provide private, individualized psychotherapy and mental health sessions tailored to professionals handling high-pressure workloads.
- Burnout & Stress Mitigation: Help team members identify early signs of chronic stress and anxiety, creating actionable coping strategies and mental recovery frameworks.
- Cognitive Load Support: Offer an objective, confidential sounding board to help individuals process high-stakes workplace challenges,



performance pressure, and isolation.
- Work-Life Integration: Assist personnel in establishing healthy personal boundaries, managing demanding schedules, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate psychological grounding and support during acute operational crises or high-turbulence project cycles.
- Strict Privacy Protocols: Maintain absolute, non-negotiable confidentiality regarding all sessions, individual data, and clinical records.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma / Bachelors in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of clinical experience, with a proven track record of working with corporate professionals or high-performing individuals in quick-paced environments.
