Position: CSR Proposal Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CSR Proposal Writer responsible for preparing high-quality CSR project proposals, DPRs, concept notes, presentations, and supporting documents for submission to PSUs, corporate companies, foundations, and government organizations. The candidate should have good knowledge of CSR activities, proposal drafting, documentation, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft CSR project proposals, concept notes, DPRs, and presentations.
- Prepare need assessment reports and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project data, quotations, budgets, and technical inputs.
- Develop proposals aligned with CSR Schedule VII activities and company CSR policies.
- Prepare project objectives, scope, implementation methodology, timelines, and impact assessment sections.
- Maintain proposal formats, templates, and supporting documents.
- Handle revisions and clarifications received from funding agencies/PSUs.




- Conduct basic online research related to CSR opportunities and funding organizations.
- Support in preparation of MoUs, reports, and project summaries.

Required Skills

- Excellent English writing and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of CSR proposal structure and documentation.
- Positive command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
- Understanding of government/PSU proposal submission processes is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference for candidates with experience in CSR, NGO, development sector, or proposal writing.

Experience

- 2–5 years experience in CSR proposal writing, NGO documentation, DPR preparation, or related field.
