Property Manager – Leasing, Collections & Evictions

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM San Francisco Time

Experience: 2+ years in Property Management / Leasing

Salary: $800 Base + Incentives up to $1,500/month

First Month: Performance-based

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage the complete tenant lifecycle, including leasing, rent collection, tenant relations, evictions, inspections, and move-in/move-out coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage lease agreements and tenant onboarding
- Handle rent collection, late payments, and collections
- Manage tenant evictions and required notices
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit readiness
- Handle maintenance requests and work-order coordination
- Maintain deposit summaries and tenant records
- Conduct move-out inspections and damage assessments
- Manage post-move-out recovery, including small claims,



insurance claims, and collections
- Prepare weekly reports on vacancies, MIMO, evictions, collections, and urgent work orders

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Property Management / Leasing
- Previous experience handling evictions and rent collections
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable internet connection (2 sources preferred)
- Comfortable working with Time Doctor or similar time-tracking/screen-recording software
- Must be available during San Francisco business hours

Compensation ? $800 Base Salary + Incentives up to $1,500/month

Key: The first month will be performance-based , and compensation/incentives will be determined based on performance during the initial month.
