About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Property RM to handle customers who have already enrolled with NoBroker. You will understand their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, drive property visits, and convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customers through calls and understand their property requirements.
- Suggest suitable properties based on location, budget and preferences.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and drive property visits.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations.
- Drive leads towards successful property deals and closures.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.





Requirements:

- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Real Estate, Property Sales, B2C Sales or Telesales preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with positive follow-up and closing abilities.
- Languages: English, Hindi & Regional Language.
