Are you passionate about Email Security, Threat Detection, and Cyber Defense ?

We’re looking for a Proofpoint & Abnormal AI Tool Administrator to join our team and play a key role in strengthening enterprise email security against evolving cyber threats.

? What You’ll Work On

• Administer and optimize Proofpoint Email Protection & Abnormal AI

- Configure and continuously tune email security policies and threat detections

• Investigate and respond to phishing, BEC, malware, spoofing & account takeover

• Work with Proofpoint TAP, URL Defense, Attachment Defense, Email Fraud Defense & Threat Response

• Optimize Abnormal AI for advanced phishing, executive impersonation, vendor fraud & account compromise

• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS & TLS

• Perform proactive threat hunting and incident response

• Integrate security platforms with SIEM, SOAR, EDR & ticketing solutions

• Drive automation using PowerShell, Python & REST APIs

- Build security dashboards, KPIs, reports, SOPs and operational runbooks

• Collaborate with SOC, IAM, Incident Response, Infrastructure,



Risk & Compliance teams

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2–4 years of experience in Email Security Administration

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Proofpoint & Abnormal AI

✔️ Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online

✔️ Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS & TLS

✔️ Experience in phishing investigations, threat hunting & incident response

✔️ Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR and security integrations

✔️ Automation experience with PowerShell, Python or REST APIs

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
