We are looking for a hands-on Project Mechanical / Electrical Engineer who can take a project from order receipt to installation, commissioning, and final handover.

This role is for someone who can move comfortably between drawings, BOQs, vendors, site teams, clients, timelines, and real-world execution challenges.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Experience: 2+ years required; 5+ years preferred for independent project ownership

Travel: Willingness to travel across India

What You’ll Own

- Plan and execute projects from kickoff to commissioning and handover.
- Interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, tender documents, and client requirements.
- Track schedules, materials, manpower, costs, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.




- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and site execution.
- Resolve technical and execution issues quickly and practically.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical, and statutory standards.
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, billing support, and closure.
- Guide engineers, supervisors, technicians, and site teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust understanding of project planning, execution, installation, and commissioning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets.
- Experience in government or turnkey projects is an advantage.
