Role Description This full time remote Project Manager role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and optimization projects for dental clients using Webstrail’s platforms and integrations.

The Project

Manager will plan project timelines, define scope, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes tracking project milestones, managing risks and issues, facilitating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring clear communication with internal and external partners. The role also involves monitoring project performance, driving process improvements, supporting onboarding and training activities, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

The Project

Manager will regularly engage with dental practices and DSOs to understand their workflows, translate requirements into actionable plans, and support continuous improvement of Webstrail’s solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.




- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to validate project outputs, data integrity, and process adherence.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage dependencies, resources, and scheduling across multiple projects.
- Experience managing technology or software implementation projects, preferably in healthcare, dental, or RCM environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with comfort working with data and operational metrics.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant workflows, practice management systems, or dental operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10–15 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, software delivery, IT consulting, product delivery, or a related technology environment.
- Strong exposure to both Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities.
- Practical working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience conducting and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT, release, and post-release support.
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and status reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
